What is the status of my order?

To check on the status of a particular order, head to your order history page in your Betabrand account. Order statuses may read as one of the following:

In-Stock Items Shipped:

Orders will be marked this in your order history when at least one of your in-stock items has been shipped.

Pre-order items are always separated for domestic orders. Please review your order confirmation to determine when your pre-order items are set to ship. We will send you a notification via email should this date change.

Processing:

Orders will be marked as ‘processing’ in your order history until at least one item ships. If this order contains only pre-order items, it will remain as 'processing' until they ship. Please check your order confirmation to determine when your pre-order items are set to ship.

On Hold:

Orders will be marked as 'on hold' in your order history if the items contained are currently in crowdfunding. Once this period ends, you will be officially charged for this order, and the order status will be marked as 'processing' until it ships.

Pending Payment:

Orders marked as this have issues with the payment method used. If your order has this status, please contact us for further assistance.

 

Always be sure to double check your order confirmation for pre-order shipping dates. We will contact you via email should shipping timeframes ever change, but if you have questions or concerns regarding an order, please contact us for further information.
