What is the status of my return?

Returns will be processed within two weeks (or 10 business days) of your return being delivered at our warehouse. Please note this timeframe does not include return shipping.

Exchanging: If you are returning for an exchange, you will receive a ship notice via email with a tracking number once your exchange has shipped.

Refund: If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email with the details on your refund once your return has been processed, which can take up to 10 business days after the warehouse has received your return. Refunds, once issued, may take several business days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank. Refunds back to PayPal happen instantly. 

Store Credit: If you are returning for store credit, you will be awarded 110% of the purchase price for your return on to your Betabrand store account. You will receive a 'Credit Memo' email. Please be sure you have an account with us if you are returning for store credit so that it can be awarded to you.
