Item(s) must be returned within 60 days of receiving them. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Returns must be received in new condition (unwashed and no signs of wear).
Products can be returned for 110% store credit or a refund to the purchasing payment method.
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. If you need another style, color, or a different product, you will need to return your existing item as store credit or a refund, then place a new order.
Returns may only be refunded to the original payment method used for that particular order. If you used store credit, we can only reimburse you for store credit. Once store credit has been requested and added to an account for a return, it cannot be transferred back to alternate form of payment. Why?
