What and When

Qualified Items (Non-MegaDeal items) can be returned within 60 days of receiving them. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Returns must be received in new condition (unwashed and no signs of wear).

Any and all MegaDeal items purchased are final sale. No returns or exchanges are permitted. This policy, if applicable, may be found on order confirmations and product pages of respective products. 


Exchanges can only be made to change size. If you need another style, color, or a different product, you will need to return your existing item as store credit or a refund, then place a new order.


Qualified products can be returned for:

-Store Credit, in the amount of 110% of the value paid.

-Refund to the purchasing payment method.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note: Refunds may only be applied to the original payment method used for that particular order.  For example, if you used store credit, we can only reimburse you for store credit. Once store credit has been requested and added to an account for a return, it cannot be transferred back to alternate form of payment. Why?
