My card is getting declined/I am receiving zip code errors at checkout

We have thorough credit card verification procedures to ensure secure payments. As such, in order for a card to be used to make a transaction, your billing address must match exactly as it appears in your bank records. If you are experiencing invalid zip code errors at checkout, or if your credit card is being declined for any reason, please contact your issuing bank for further information or use an alternate payment method.

If you're a returning customer that has used the troubled card before on a previous purchase, please contact us and provide your correct billing address, and we'll verify it in our system. 

Failed payment attempts may appear as pending charges on your account statement. These should disappear after a couple of business days, but if multiple charges remain as completed charges, please contact us.
