What do I need to include in my return package?

If you are using our prepaid label, returns are processed exactly as your request was entered. All the information we need is in the return label, so there is no need to include your packing slip.

If you are sending the return back on your own (to aforementioned Cesar Chavez address), please include your order information and your preference of refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT: Include only the items you selected during the return process. Additional items which are not specified on the shipping notice may be overlooked by our warehouse.
